One of my all-time favorites by no less than my favorite author, Samuel Langhorne Clemens a.k.a Mark Twain. First time i read it was way back 1st year high school, year 1992 – borrowed from one of my favorite places on earth — our (Zamora Memorial Institute, now College) high school library!
This coming-of-age book opened me to a world of adventure, wonder, mischief, and childhood glories, love of freedom and the importance of friendships. It is full of good old satirical humor that only Mark Twain can deliver.
